THE BIRTH AND THE LOGO
CHISOLA CALCIO Amateur Sports Association was founded in 1998 by the merger of three companies: AS Candiolo, AS Piobesi and US Vinovo.
The history and geography of Chisola Calcio are represented in the triangular company emblem. The logo depicts the Chisola torrent, a left tributary of the Po river, and the mountain ranges (Monte Freidour and Monte Tre Denti) from which it originates; the Chisola torrent crosses and unites the municipalities of Vinovo, where the sports club, Candiolo and Piobesi has its registered office. At the two corners of the figure the letters P (Piobesi) and V (Vinovo) indicate the municipalities where the first playgrounds were located; the soccer ball obviously refers to the institutional activity of the company.

THE INITIAL OBJECTIVES
Educate through the game of football, educate in the game of football. Chisola Calcio is an amateur sports association, as such it proposes to operate with this dual purpose. Sport is an extraordinary means of sociability, of education to respect the rules and of the adversary, of healthy and complete development both on a physical and mental level. The educational values ​​of sport have always been a flag of Chisola calcio, but it is not limited to making "social": here one learns to play football.
A professional structure of managers, coaches, instructors and trainers is available to members, now more than 500 in the categories from Little Friends to Beginners in the Football School, from the Youth B to the Students in the Youth Sector, the Juniores and the First Team, militates in the promotion championship.

THE PRESIDENTS AND THE OTHER DIRECTORS
Dino Marola, the company's first president, remained in office until 2011/2012, and is still today the honorary president of the company. Marola, at the time of the fusion, was an expression of Vinovo: along with him, the architects of the birth of Chisola Calcio were Adriano Marengo (Piobesi, vice president of the new company) and Luciano Prelato (Candiolo). Gigi Calcia was already part of the newly born Chisola as a sports director - now he is general manager - and Franco Mercuri, still irreplaceable in the secretariat (for ten years by his side Roberto Ramacogi, then passed to Pro Settimo Eureka and then general manager al Caselle); the general manager was Vittorio Ferrino, now director of the Vinovo Juventus Center. For many years, the "main sponsor" was Valentino Busso.
Other "soccer men" who grew up in Chisola are the sports directors Alberto Gusella, head of the Pro Vercelli youth sector and organizer of the "Memorial Stefano Gusella" international tournament, and Rosario Amendola, vice-consultant of Antonio Cabrini in the National Women's Club.
Since September 2012, the new president of Chisola Calcio is Luca Atzori Marongiu. The current corporate structure sees the vice presidents Antonio Caruzzo and Pierluigi Pairetto, the general director Gigi Calcia, in the secretariat Franco Mercuri, Monica Salvadore and Marilena Messina; field managers the sporting director of the Amateur Sector Francesco Sellitti, the two sports directors of the youth academy Vincenzo Scalia and Segio Fantino, the managers of the Giorgio Tallone and Fabio Cascioli football school.

THE CHISOLA TODAY, A REALITY 'AFFIRMED
More than 500 registered athletes and almost 100 corporate executives, 8 regional titles and 3 SuperOscar on the bulletin board. Still "minor" as a seniority of affiliation, the Chisola calcio society is - without false presumption - among the most solid realities of the piedmontese football scene, at least at the amateur level, in particular it is the reference society for the youth sector.
